Cabera Group is a frozen produce sourcing and trading company, owned by Canadians and based in Europe.
We were founded by Chad Almon and Belma Ramic, two Canadians who spent their early careers in banking, structuring deals and making sure every number held up. We brought that discipline to food.
Living in Europe puts us close to the growers and packers we buy from. We visit them, compare harvests, and choose partners we can rely on season after season. From here we ship frozen fruit, vegetables and fries to buyers in Canada and around the world.
Then we put our own name on the shelf. Cabera Foods, our organic frozen brand, is now sold in more than 240 grocers across Canada. Running a brand ourselves is what makes us useful to other brands: we know what distributors ask for, what buyers check, and what it takes to keep a product frozen from field to freezer.
